Alex Berg
PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
With over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Alex Berg founded Cold Peak Chemical
Solutions with a clear mission: to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions while building a
company rooted in trust, accountability, and long-term partnerships. His deep operational knowledge
and ability to navigate complex market conditions have positioned Cold Peak as a dependable
partner across the energy sector.
As President, Alex provides strategic direction and hands-on leadership, driving operational
excellence, disciplined growth, and a culture of safety and integrity. He is known for decisive
leadership, relationship-driven business development, and a commitment to doing things the right
way, every time. Guided by values of service, resilience, and transparency, Alex balances ambitious
growth with a people-first mindset, ensuring Cold Peak continues to deliver value for customers,
employees, and partners alike.

CEO & OWNER
With a seasoned sales and procurement leader experience
working alongside global manufacturers and industry leaders. Throughout his career, he has built and
managed high-performing commercial relationships that strengthen supply chains and drive
sustainable revenue growth.
With a strong background in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and key account management,
Ty plays a critical role in aligning manufacturers with end customers to ensure operational efficiency
and long-term partnership value. His experience within complex, international supply environments
has given him a deep understanding of world-class procurement standards and competitive market
dynamics.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and results-driven mindset, Ty consistently helps our
organization streamline purchasing processes, strengthen supplier relationships, and identify new
growth opportunities.
TREY WEISKOPF
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
With a seasoned background in oil and gas water management, Trey entered the industry in 2014
and transitioned into water treatment in 2016. As Chief Operating Officer, he leads the execution and
expansion of water management and treatment operations with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and
scalability. Known for his practical leadership and commitment to sustainable solutions, Trey has
been instrumental in advancing water treatment and solids management initiatives.
Operating across the Permian and Delaware Basins, he has overseen complex treatment sites and
optimized field operations to meet evolving industry demands. His leadership is defined by
operational discipline, technical expertise, and a results-driven approach that ensures consistent
performance and long-term operational success.
SHANE BLAIR
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Born and raised in Midland, Texas, Shane Blair brings over a decade of hands-on oilfield and
construction experience to his role as Vice President of Operations. He began his career in
construction and transitioned into the oil and gas industry in 2011, quickly advancing through rig
operations from floor hand to derrick hand.
His background includes drilling operations, production monitoring, field service and valve
maintenance, and oversight of on-site safety and compliance. With experience across multiple basins
and operators, he brings a practical, field-first approach to operational efficiency, equipment reliability,
and team leadership.
As Vice President of Operations, Shane oversees day-to-day field operations, safety compliance,
logistics, and process improvement, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the
highest standards.
